This fish roaster makes it very simple to roast certain foods such as fish, rice cake, pork belly, shrimp, sweet potato and more! It is very easy to use, as it has a timer knob and doesn't require flipping. HOW TO USE: 1)Check cover is properly engaged in Hinge, Check upper heating element is in correct position with heating element fixing clip. Check Timer is in off postion. 2) Pour about 1 1/4 cup of water into the base ( This is needed to prevent smoke) 3) Plug into electrical outlet 4)Put WireGrill on Base 5) Preheat about 5 minutes 6) Put food on the grill (Close cover and set timer- It is best to monitor grilling status through the window.
